I will guide you on your path.
We will work with your mind, body, and spirit, employing a range of tools from neuroplasticity exercises, to Tantric teachings and embodiment practices. Together we will identify where you might be holding onto narratives that are not serving your goals. We will work on effectively attuning to and communicating your wants and needs. You will be guided on practices for enhancing self-love, intimacy and pleasure as well as releasing self-doubt, past pain and resentments. All the while, you will be fully supported and encouraged in a safe and non-judgemental container.

You will be guided on using your voice, body, breath, and imagination to access the deepest parts of your subconscious, so you can fully express pain and joy in a safe and encouraging space. All parts of you are welcome here.
We will work with your desire, shame and judgments as catalysts for your liberation. Rather than keeping aspects of yourself hidden in the shadows, you will integrate and use them as fuel for transformation.
