HEALING
This trauma-informed bodywork offers a grounded, supportive space to release tension, stress, and stored emotion held in the physical, emotional, and energetic body. Sessions are gentle and stabilizing, helping your nervous system settle so you can feel more at home in your body.
When we do not have the opportunity to fully feel and express challenging or painful experiences, physical or emotional, the memory is held in the tissues of our body. We might forget, but our body remembers. This coping mechanism is designed to keep us safe in the moment, but when left unprocessed, this protective 'armour' can contribute to anxiety, stress, loss of sensation, a feeling of being 'stuck' or unable to relax, or difficulty connecting with and trusting ourselves, others and our environments.
Somatic Healing sessions draw on various modalities, including somatic alignment, dearmouring bodywork, breathwork, and Reiki, as well as other somatic practices and tools to gently guide the release of tension and unintegrated emotion held in the nervous system. These sessions follow your pace, comfort, and boundaries, with full-body consent at the heart of the process. While single sessions are impactful, this work is most effective when done in a series.

How to book:
You can fill out the booking request form below and I’ll reach out, or you can go ahead and schedule a complimentary connection call. I like to chat with everyone first to learn more about you and what support you’re looking for so we can both determine if my approach is the right fit for you.
Once we align on a session date, you’ll receive a short intake form to fill out, which we’ll go over together during your first visit. Payment is requested at the time of booking to secure your session. I accept credit cards, venmo or zelle. Sessions take place in a private wellness studio in Atwater Village, Los Angeles or in my home in Glendale, California. I offer in-home sessions as needed, subject to a travel fee.
