About Nichole
I am a somatic practitioner and somatic sexologist trained and certified in somatic alignment, sexological bodywork and Level 3 Usui Reiki. My practice weaves these modalities together and is influenced by my ongoing study and training in somatics, sexual wellness, breathwork, dearmoring bodywork, trauma therapy, and Tantric teachings.
My work supports humans of all gender expressions and walks of life who want to feel more connected to their bodies and nurture deeper intimacy with themselves and others.
Sessions create space for you to learn about your body, regulate your nervous system, return to sensation, release unprocessed emotions, and reclaim your relationship to pleasure and power.
My path into embodiment began with the sensual arts. Through exploring my erotic self, I found that my wounding was not something to "fix", but to be alchemized into personal power, an anchor in a world that felt so destabilizing. I followed this intuition fiercely, meeting myself with tenderness and deep compassion as I journeyed into the depths of myself.
Yet even with this new sense of curiosity and permission, I still found myself responding to challenging experiences through habitual, dysregulated patterns. This led me into deeper somatic study of the nervous system, learning how the body communicates, protects, and how it can soften again when given the right support. It was from this embodied understanding that I transformed my relationship with myself, others, and how I move through the world.
Through my personal reclamation, I discovered a passion for supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies and their pleasure. I’ve devoted myself to this work, studying in both ancient lineages and contemporary approaches to healing that bridge the body, energy, and sexuality.
