About Nichole
I'm a somatic practitioner and somatic sex educator trained and certified in sexological bodywork, somatic alignment and Level 3 Usui Reiki. My practice weaves these modalities together and is influenced by my ongoing study and training in somatics, sexual wellness, breathwork, dearmoring bodywork, trauma therapy, and Tantric teachings.
My work supports humans of all gender expressions and walks of life who want to feel more at home in their bodies and empowered in their lives.
Sessions with me create space for you to learn about your body, regulate your nervous system, return to pleasure, move unprocessed emotions, and reclaim your relationship to pleasure and power.
My path into embodiment began with the sensual arts. Through exploring my eroticism, I found that my wounding was not something to "fix", but to be alchemized into personal power. I followed this intuition, meeting myself with tenderness and curiosity as I journeyed into the depths doing "The Work" (which, I believe, is really the work of being human).
And still, I found myself responding to challenging experiences through familiar, dysregulated patterns. That realization led me into deeper somatic study of the nervous system, learning how the body communicates, protects, and how it can soften again when given the right support. From this embodied understanding, my relationship with myself, others, and the way I move through the world began to transform.
My own reclamation led me here - to supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, pleasure, and power. I’ve devoted my life to this calling, studying in ancient lineages and contemporary approaches to healing that bridge the body, energy, and sexuality.
