My path into deeper embodiment began with the sensual arts. Through exploring my eroticism, I discovered that the parts of myself I saw as 'problems to fix' were actually invitations for growth, and the key to my empowerment and freedom. I followed this intuition, meeting myself with tenderness and curiosity as I journeyed into the depths, doing "The Work" (which, I believe, is simply just the work of being human).

Despite years of healing, growth and self-development, I still found myself responding to challenging experiences through familiar, dysregulated patterns. That realization led me to a deeper study of the nervous system, where I discovered the work of Peter Levine and other pioneers in the world of somatic therapy and sexual healing. I sought out practitioners, received sessions, and began studying with other somatic and sacred sexuality teachers. I became passionate about learning how the body communicates, protects, and how it can open again when given the right support. From this embodied understanding, my relationship with myself, others, and the way I move through the world began to transform.

 

My own homecoming led me to supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, pleasure, and power. My work draws from both contemporary and traditional approaches to healing, integrating the body, mind, energy, and sexuality.
