Sessions may include: somatic therapy, sexological bodywork, Reiki, breathwork, Somatic Alignment bodywork, nervous system repatterning, pelvic dearmouring, yoni steaming, somatic sex education or intimacy coaching.

My work is trauma-informed, with full-body consent at the heart of my practice, always following your pace and comfort.

While single sessions are impactful, this work is most effective when done in a series, which allows for steady growth and room for integration.

Somatic Healing Sessions

When we do not have the opportunity to fully feel and express challenging or painful experiences, physical or emotional, the memory is held in the tissues of our body. We might forget, but our body remembers. This coping mechanism is designed to keep us safe in the moment, but when left unprocessed, this protective 'armour' can contribute to anxiety, stress, loss of sensation, a feeling of being 'stuck' or unable to relax, or difficulty connecting with and trusting ourselves, others and our environments.

This trauma-informed bodywork and somatic therapy offers a supportive space to unwind tension and unprocessed emotion held in the physical, emotional, and energetic body. Sessions are gentle and stabilizing, helping your nervous system repattern towards safety so you can feel more at ease and regulated in your body.

Erotic Empowerment Sessions

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to learn about their bodies and receive judgment-free, professional support. It is my honor to guide you on your personal journey into deeper embodiment.

Once we align on a session date, you’ll receive a short intake form to fill out, which we’ll go over together during your first visit. Payment is requested at the time of booking to secure your session. I accept credit cards, venmo or zelle.

Sessions take place in a private wellness space in Los Angeles, California, or online via Zoom.

I occasionally offer in-home sessions as needed, subject to a travel fee.
