I weave a decade of embodied experience into a holistic approach to somatic healing and erotic embodiment. My work supports people of all genders and walks of life who want to feel more connected to their bodies, experience greater nervous system ease, and nurture deeper intimacy with themselves and others.
Like many, I explored many paths in search of the thing that would “fix everything”— from talk therapy, meditation, and medication to quick fixes and addictive cycles. Some of these led to meaningful change, while others left deeper wounds. What I ultimately discovered is, the medicine we seek is already within us. Healing begins when we reconnect with our body’s inherent wisdom and honor the truth inside of us. I would be honored to support you in this process of discovery.

My own path into embodiment began with the sensual arts. Exploring my eros had a profound effect on my healing, teaching me how to meet myself with unconditional love, deep compassion, and attuned presence. It is from this place of authenticity that I shifted my relationship with myself, others, and how I experience the world.
Through my own reclamation, I discovered a calling to support others on their own journey home to themselves. I’ve dedicated my life to this work, studying in both ancient lineages and modern healing modalities with leading teachers and through immersive self-study.
I’m a certified Somatic Alignment practitioner, Level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner, Pelvic Steamcare Provider, and have advanced training in dearmoring bodywork, somatic trauma therapy methods, and the Tantric arts. I am currently pursuing certification in Sexological Bodywork.
